Terms & Conditions

此條款只適用於購買網上課堂及zoom class手工包

1. 所有網上課堂及手工包一經付款確認後不設退款

2. 付款後7至14天內會收到手工包

3. 凡購買滿$300或以上均享有免運費服務，只適用於香港地區的順豐站，順豐智能櫃或住宅地址(非偏遠地址)

4. 未滿指定金額的客人會以順豐到付形式發貨，如客人選擇平郵，客人需承擔一切郵寄風險。

5. 如手工包缺貨，米莫教室將會於三個工作天內進行退款，所有退款會於原定付款途徑退回，

This restriction only applies to handcraft packages purchased through online classes and zoom classes.

1. Once payment has been confirmed, no refunds will be given for any online courses or handmade packages.

2. Following payment, you will receive the handcraft packages in 7 to 14 days.

3. Only SF stations, Lockers or residential locations(non-remote areas) in Hong Kong are eligible for free shipping on all orders above $300. 

4. Orders that fall below the required minimum will be dispatched using SF Express. The customer is responsible for all mailing risks if they choose ground mail.

5. Miimo Art Studio will issue a refund if the handcraft packages is out of stock within three business days, and all payments will be sent back to the original payment method.

1. Zoom課堂適用於電腦、手提電腦及平板電腦
2. Zoom課堂的連結及密碼不能夠與非該課堂學員分享
3. 學員承擔依照課堂安排上課的責任。Zoom課堂會於課堂開始時間前5分鐘開放登入。
4. 任何學員需要取消課堂，必須於課堂開始時間一天前通知教室。教室會根據其空缺時間進行補堂。任何學員於課堂開始後取消課堂將不會獲得補堂/退款安排。
5. 教室保留一切權利取消任何課堂。教室會於該課堂時間的下週安排補堂。

1. Zoom classes are best viewed on a computer, laptop, iPad or similar. 

2. Zoom links and passwords should never be shared. 
3. You will be responsible for the attendance of the zoom classes by mentioned date and time. Class attendance stars 5 minutes before the start time.  
4. For any request of cancellations of classes, please request up to 1day in advance. Replacement will be provided on discretion of the studio’s availability. No replacement/ refund will be made if the cancellation is requested after the classes’ designated start time.  
5. The studio reserves all rights to cancel any classes with replacements under the same timeslots the following week.
